Overseas Sales (Southeast Asia Region)
– Hiring Requirements

Basic Requirements (Must)

Japanese: Business level (able to communicate with customers and headquarters)
English: Business level (email, meetings, negotiations)
Willing and able to travel overseas (Southeast Asia and other regions)
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, email)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of electronic components and/or plastic-related products
Experience in direct business with overseas customers
Experience working in a Japanese company
Knowledge of trade practices (Incoterms, import/export)

Ideal Candidate Profile (Important)

Strong communication skills to build long-term relationships with customers
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and speed
Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
(headquarters, factory, customers)
High sense of responsibility, especially in handling issues and troubles

Job Description

Sales activities for Southeast Asian customers (mainly Japanese companies)
Preparation of quotations and price negotiations
Handling samples and confirming product specifications
Delivery schedule coordination and logistics management
Handling complaints and quality issues in collaboration with the factory
New customer development
